an online “blanket fort” retreat for seasoned preachers

Over the course of three days, Revs. Erika Hewitt and Tandi Rogers will hold nourishing space to soften your spirit; help you remember who you are; imagine new possibilities in your preaching and worship; and tell the truth about our lives in new ways.
Because this is a high-trust collegial retreat, participants agree to confidentiality, full participation, professional ethical expectations, and the retreat covenant.
The registration fee for this in-depth reset will be $250 to $450 per registrant, according to ministerial setting.
The retreat will begin and end with the full group--no more than 24 people--co-facilitated by Tandi and Erika, as we devote Monday to arriving, grounding, and reconnecting with our respective Calls.
On Tuesday, participants will choose two tracks to pursue (led, separately, by Erika and Tandi); options include worship as faith formation for the congregation; imbuing sermons with theological reflection; incorporating spiritual direction into congregational worship; and how to preach the stories (responsibly and appropriately) that we're scared to tell.
We'll offer individual coaching sessions on Wednesday--or you can rest and attend to the rest of your life!
Our retreat's final day, Thursday, will be spent integrating the new pieces we've discovered, and building them into our ministries to return to the service of life.
